SHIPPING

CLEONIE ships goods Australia/NZ wide with Aus Post and internationally using DHL Express.

AUSTRALIA:

FREE EXPRESS deliveries to Australia are made by Australia Post and can arrive within 1-7 business days from your date of order, not including weekend or public holidays. Please remember all of our swim is MADE TO ORDER but we always endeavour to ship within 24-72 hours from order.  In peak season or during SALES, please be mindful that delivery may take a little longer due to large order volumes and can take up to 10 business days to be delivered. 

NEW ZEALAND:

New Zealand deliveries are made through Australia Post and can arrive within 2-15 business days, none of these including weekend or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or your package will not be delivered. Please make sure someone will be around to sign for the delivery, as any requests for a second delivery will require an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL:

Our premium international delivery service is provided by DHL International and offers door-to-door delivery of your order with tracking and signature on delivery. Depending on your location, the delivery takes from 2 to 4 business days to most major metropolitan areas worldwide however deliveries to rural areas will take longer. Unfortunately, DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so you’ll need to provide us with a street address for your home or workplace. Please see the table below for DHL International prices to various locations. If you can spend above $200 it is free shipping.

Any order out of Australia may incur a customs or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this Site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

A return (including made to order items) will be in exchange for store credit note only. Credit notes are valid for 1 year. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.

We will only accept the return if the following requirements are met.

  • Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Cleonie cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel, please make sure the customers full identification (full name, address, telephone number) and order number are present on the outside and inside of the package.

If you have a tracking number please email customer care so we can monitor the shipment and advise you of its arrival.


MAKE A RETURN

Once you have ensured your return meets all the conditions of our returns policy, please follow the easy returns steps via our RETURNS PORTAL. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, please select STORE CREDIT in the portal and use this credit link to order your new style. 


ARE RETURNS FREE?

Returns and exchanges are NOT free. The shipping cost of returning any item/s are NOT covered or reimbursed by Cleonie Swim.


RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS

Cleonie does not accept returns on any sale items, this includes all items purchased using a discount code. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.



DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at
info@cleonie.com.au   with your order number, name and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Any faulty items, after inspection and approval by our team will result in a refund or exchange of both the item and shipping costs. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

CLEONIE is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
