In peak season or during SALES, please be mindful that delivery may take a little longer due to large order volumes and can take up to 15 business days to be made and then delivered.

New Zealand deliveries are made through Australia Post and can arrive within 2-15 business days, after the product has been made, none of these including weekend or public holidays.

A return (including made to order items) will be in exchange for store credit note only. Credit notes are valid for 1 year. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at

Any faulty items, after inspection and approval by our team will result in a refund or exchange of both the item and shipping costs.
WARRANTY
We are happy to offer a warranty period of 18 months from order placement of any of our swim styles. Wear and tear of the garment from mis-use and not following the care instructions can lead to fabric flaws so we highly suggest taking great care of your swim. As part of our sustainable ethos, we will always endeavour to repair any damaged swim within the 18 month period if a fault or damage has occurred. In the unlikely event of a fault, please email customer care info@cleonie.com.au with photos and details of your swim.
